Q: What do you charge?
A: We firmly believe that
our rates are very reasonable; however,
since cleaning needs location sizes differ,
we must first speak or meet with you to
give you an accurate price. Fill out

Q: Do I have to be present
when you come to clean?
A: You do not have to be
at the location when we clean; however,
we must meet with you before cleaning is
to start to understand your cleaning needs
and receive the keys.
Q: How do I pay for services
rendered?
A: For one time cleanings
we will accept payments after cleaning.
Customers who are on a weekly, bi-weekly,
and monthly cleaning schedule could either
leave payments or mail in the payments.
Q: What if I have pets?
A: We recommend that
you inform us of any pets before we come
out to clean. This way we could make
arrangements that will be safe for both
parties.
Q: What if I want specific
products used at my location?
A: Not a problem. We will
use any products that you want us to use
and we will provide the products;
also if you want us to use environmentally
safe products, just request it.
Q: Will my home or office
be safe if I'm not there?
A: We hold this policy when
we hire employees: If we wouldn't
let them in our home, we sure won't let
them in yours. We pre-screen and do
background checks on all of our employees
and require that all new employees work
directly under the supervision of management.
We also carry an employee dishonesty plan
that covers you up to $10,000, and we also
carry a general liability policy.
So, yes, we are insured and bonded.
Q: What if I have extra requests?
A: At CapitolPros,
we pride ourselves on providing immediate
responses to extra requests. If you
would like something extra done because
of special occasions, just give us 24 hours
notice and we will make sure that it gets
taken care of.

A: Generally, we have 2 insured
and bonded cleaning professionals in a home
or office per cleaning; with some bigger
homes or offices this number can change
to 3 or 4.

A: Yes, we offer various
cleaning times; also, we have slots available
on weekends for emergency situations.
